Account Registration & Management
Each player is permitted to hold one and only one CP777 account. Registering multiple accounts — including accounts in different names, using different phone numbers, or using different device identities — is a serious violation of these T&Cs and will result in all associated accounts being closed and all funds being forfeited.
- You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
- Your registered phone number must be a Pakistani mobile number that you personally control and have verified.
- CP777 will send a one-time verification code to your mobile number as part of the registration process.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your CP777 account password. You must not share your login credentials with anyone, including friends or family members. CP777 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify CP777 immediately via our support email at support@cp777.click. We will investigate and take appropriate action to secure your account.
CP777 is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. You may be asked to submit a copy of a valid national identity document (CNIC), proof of address, and proof of your payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.
KYC verification is required to protect both CP777 and its players from fraud, money laundering, and identity theft. It is a standard requirement across all legitimate betting platforms globally.
Deposits
CP777 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not charge deposit fees for any standard payment method. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though CP777 may apply account-level limits based on KYC status and responsible gaming settings.
- Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.

Withdrawals
Withdrawals from CP777 are processed in PKR to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There are no standard withdrawal fees for mobile wallet methods.
- Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals: typically under 5 minutes for fully verified accounts.
- NayaPay and SadaPay: typically 10–30 minutes.
- Bank transfer (IBFT): same business day for requests submitted before 3pm PKT, next day otherwise.
- Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional review if your account has recently changed personal details or payment methods. This is a fraud prevention measure.
- You must have completed KYC verification before withdrawals above Rs 10,000 can be processed.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 6.
- Withdrawals to payment methods not associated with your registered account will not be processed.
- Winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are completed.
Bonuses and Promotions
Important: All bonuses offered by CP777 are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement has been completed. Please read the specific terms of each promotion carefully before claiming.
CP777 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback promotions, and VIP rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are communicated at the point of offer. The general bonus rules set out below apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new registrations only — one per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.

- Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- Bets placed with bonus funds on excluded games or markets do not count towards wagering requirements.
- CP777 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or disqualify a player from a promotion if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including placing low-risk bets systematically to meet wagering requirements.
- Bonuses may not be used in combination with each other unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
VIP Points earned through the CP777 VIP Club are credited as bonus funds and are subject to a 5x wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable balance. VIP Points expire if an account is inactive for 90 consecutive days.
Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all betting activity on CP777, covering cricket betting, esports betting, virtual sports, crash games, and all other products. Product-specific rules may supplement these general rules and are available on the relevant product pages.
- A bet is confirmed only when CP777 has accepted it and issued a bet confirmation with a unique reference number. Bets are not valid until this confirmation is received.
- Minimum bet across most markets is Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
- CP777 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its discretion without providing a reason, particularly where bets are placed on clearly erroneous odds.
- In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability and CP777's in-play rules. Markets may be suspended at any time during an event.
- Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as declared by the recognised governing body.
- For cricket, CP777 uses the official DLS (Duckworth–Lewis–Stern) result in weather-affected matches. Abandoned matches with no official result are generally voided.
- If a match is postponed by more than 48 hours from the original scheduled start time, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise stated.
- Palpable errors in odds — including odds that are clearly set at the wrong level due to a system or human error — may be voided by CP777 at its discretion, even after settlement.

Limitation of Liability
